IT Service Desk Agent
|Functions and responsibilities||The company is going to recruit a group of ambitious and eager-to-learn IT agents from junior to senior specialist level. The role of a service desk agent is for you who enjoy helping other people. Your main task after intensive three month training in Sweden would be to assist end-users in resolving their daily IT issues. Your main tools are phone and remote desktop control, job schedule might imply working in shifts. Responsibilities for this role include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing accounts and passwords and registration of tickets. Together with other team members, you will also work on process improvements.|
